Polylactic acid(PLA) resin comes from the famentation process of corns, the crop that grows on our earth annually, by using special tecnology and processes. The products made by this material have excellent physical properties comparable to other polymers, while boasting excellent bio-compatibility and bio-compostability. It comes from the completely renewable crops on our earth and it can decompose in 2-3 months under the proper condition. As the petro-chemicals are facing serious shortage day by day, the renewable PLA products can really help us protect our environment, our established culture and civilization, and also help us have a sustainable home-the Earth.
